Atlantic Mariculture (2019)

Atlantic Mariculture harvests and sells certified organic sea vegetables, located on the island of Grand Manan, New Brunswick. We have been hired to plan and facilitate a strategic planning session.

Casco Bay Nutrient Council (2017-2019)

Convened by the Casco Bay Estuary Partnership, the purpose of the Casco Bay Nutrient Council is to develop recommendations to policy makers, regulators, and funders on how best to manage the impacts of nutrients on Casco Bay in southern Maine. We have been hired to plan and facilitate a series of Nutrient Council meetings to help the Council achieve its purpose.

Chalmers Insurance Group (2019)

The Chalmers Group is a family-owned group of insurance companies in western and southern Maine and in New Hampshire; leadership now includes the fourth generation of the Chalmers family. We have been hired to facilitate a two-day strategic planning retreat for the leadership team.

Community Health Options (2019)

Community Health Options is a non-profit, member-led health insurance plan providing comprehensive health insurance benefits to individuals, families, and businesses. We have been hired to plan and facilitate a Senior Leaders meeting.

Dragon Cement (2010-2019)

This Thomaston, Maine producer of cement products retains us to facilitate a community advisory panel. The group meets quarterly and serves as a forum for learning and dialogue between plant managers and community leaders.

DuPont (2005-2019)

DuPont (formerly FMC) manufactures carrageenan in Rockland, Maine. As part of its Responsible Care initiative, the company retains us to facilitate a community advisory panel. The group meets every two months and serves as a forum for learning and dialogue between plant managers and community leaders.

Gardiner City Council (2019)

As they have in the past, the Gardiner City Council has hired us to facilitate a workshop to take stock of recent accomplishments, update Council interaction guidelines, and establish Council goals for the coming year. Gardiner is a city of about 6,000 on the banks of the Kennebec River in Maine.

Greater Portland Council of Governments – Chairs in a Circle Learning Sessions (2019)

The Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) is a nonprofit organization that assists with cooperative services such as bulk purchasing, transportation planning, data, mapping, and economic and community development. GPCOG’s members include 26 municipalities from Casco Bay to western Cumberland County, along with the County itself and other affiliate organizations. We have been hired to facilitate a series of “Chairs in a Circle Learning Sessions” for Chairs and Vice Chairs of town and city councils.

Greater Portland Council of Governments – Elected Leaders Training Sessions (2019-2020)

The Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) is a nonprofit organization that assists with cooperative services such as bulk purchasing, transportation planning, data, mapping, and economic and community development. GPCOG’s members include 26 municipalities from Casco Bay to western Cumberland County, along with the County itself and other affiliate organizations. We have been hired to facilitate peer-to-peer training sessions for members of town and city councils.

Greater Portland Council of Governments – Professional Development (2019)

The Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) is a nonprofit organization that assists with cooperative services such as bulk purchasing, transportation planning, data, mapping, and economic and community development. GPCOG’s members include 26 municipalities from Casco Bay to western Cumberland County, along with the County itself and other affiliate organizations. We have been hired to design and facilitate a professional development session which focuses on meeting facilitation.

Kennebec Behavioral Health (2019 – 2020)

Kennebec Behavioral Health promotes the well-being of persons who experience mental illness, emotional difficulties or behavioral challenges. KBH provides one of the most comprehensive community mental health centers in Maine, with 21 sites in central Maine, and programs reaching from Rockland to Lewiston. We have been hired to facilitate a series of meetings involving a systems/process change for KBH.

Maine Association of Nonprofits (2019)

The Maine Association of Nonprofits has more than 940 nonprofit members and 160 partners in government, business and philanthropy, representing every county in Maine and the full range of nonprofit missions and sizes. Craig is volunteering his services to facilitate a breakout session that focuses on how to communicate externally about recent mergers, at their 2nd annual Opt In: Nonprofit Communications Conference.

Maine Bankers Association (2019)

The Maine Bankers Association supports Maine banks with information exchange, legislative advocacy, education and training, and collective purchasing power. The Association’s annual Emerging Leaders Conference is a skillbuilding and networking opportunity for new leaders and managers at Maine banks. We have been hired to facilitate an interactive session on networking at the Emerging Leaders Conference.

Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention – Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (2020)

Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reviews vulnerabilities in areas such as epidemiology, emergency medical services, weather services, and much more. We have been hired to facilitate a meeting with statewide stakeholders to discuss and score the relative risks of potential hazardous events and situations in Maine.

Maine Council for Elder Abuse Prevention (2019)

Maine Council for Elder Abuse Prevention (MCEAP) is a nonprofit organization comprised of over 80 organizations and individuals from across Maine working collaboratively to combat elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation. We have been hired to provide meeting facilitation services.

Maine Department of Transportation (2019)

The Maine Department of Transportation has teamed up with the engineering firm TY Lin to perform a feasibility study of a new bridge across the Kennebec River in Skowhegan. We are taking the lead on the public outreach aspects of the project. Click here to learn more about the feasibility study.

 

Maine School Administrative District #75 (2019)

Maine School Administrative District #75 operates six elementary schools, one middle school and one high school in Cumberland and Sagadahoc Counties. The district has 266 teachers serving 3,444 students. We have been hired to facilitate an interactive School Board Workshop.

Maine State Music Theatre (2018-2019)

Maine State Music Theatre is a non-profit performing arts organization.  It is committed to educating and training artists in theatre crafts; bringing professional musical theatre to the people of Maine. Each year the theatre presents a summer season of four fully staged musicals, several children’s musicals, and related special events.  We have been hired to work with the board on developing a strategic plan.

Midcoast Conservancy (2019)

Midcoast Conservancy protects and promotes healthy lands, waters, and communities through conservation, outdoor adventure, and learning. We have been hired to plan and facilitate a series of strategic framework development meetings for the Conservancy.

Owls Head Transportation Museum (2019)

The Owls Head Transportation Museum is a nonprofit educational organization which collects, preserves, exhibits and operates pre-1940 aircraft, ground vehicles, engines and related technologies significant to the evolution of transportation for the purpose of education. We are working with the Board and Senior Staff, helping them develop a strategic plan.

R.H. Foster (2019)

R.H. Foster Energy provides heating fuels and operates convenience stores throughout northeastern Maine. As part of an Executive Team Retreat, we have been hired to plan and facilitate a full-day strategic planning session.

The Maine Justice Foundation (2019)

The Maine Justice Foundation provides funding to programs around the state of Maine that help those most in need of legal aid. We have been hired to facilitate a day-long strategic planning retreat for the Foundation.

University of Maine at Augusta (2019-2020)

University of Maine at Augusta is the third largest public university in Maine. In addition to its main campus in Augusta, UMA also serves students at its campus in Bangor (UMA Bangor) and through UMA Centers around the state. We have been hired to provide facilitation services for a training session.

University of Maine Pulp & Paper Foundation (2019)

The University of Maine Pulp & Paper Foundation financially supports and prepares well-educated engineering students for careers in the pulp and paper and allied industries with full tuition merit based scholarships. We have been hired to plan and facilitate strategic planning meetings, gather stakeholder input via in-person and telephone interviews, as well as conduct focus groups and online surveys to help develop a strategic plan for the Foundation.
