If You’re Interested In Working With Us
From time to time we take on Referral Partners and Apprentices – competent, motivated, like-minded people who want to help groups make good decisions.
In order to provide good service to our clients, we sometimes partner with other professionals and organizations who offer complementary services. Likewise we sometimes make or receive referrals from others.
Our referral partners include those able to serve as lead facilitators (including meeting design and planning), mediators, and trainers, and other group facilitation consultants who are capable of bringing and/or building their own clientele.
Our referral partners believe in our corporate values and serve clients in keeping with our high standards and unique brand.
If you offer services that you believe would complement or enhance our work, we would like to hear from you. Thank you for your interest in partnering with us.
We love helping aspiring facilitators! Our apprenticeships are custom-designed to meet the apprentice’s and the company’s mutual needs, and may include observing, training, and/or practice in facilitating meetings. We welcome apprentices from a variety of backgrounds – such as professionals seeking a career change, community organizers looking to build skills, or students interested in facilitation as a career. Apprentices are volunteers but gain the benefit of Craig’s coaching and real meeting experience.
To Become an Apprentice
1. Please review our website. This is an excellent way to get a feel for the type of work we do.
2. If you think you might like to work with us, we would like to hear from you. Please write to us and explain why you would like to work with us and the type of work in which you are most interested. Please provide a resume documenting your education and work experience.
We will reply to every person who applies and keep all submissions on file for future consideration.
Please don’t hesitate to write if you have any questions about applying. We prefer not to take phone calls about this simply because we are busy serving clients. Thank you for your interest.
